About USP

The Bombay Hospital Institute of Medical Science (BHIMS) is only the one of its kind in the private sector in India. It was started on 25th October 1985 under the able leadership of Dr. B. K. Goyal as Dean, who was an Internationally renowned Cardiologist and an Honorary Consultant Cardiologist to Texas Heart Institute, Houston. USA. The institute has over 108 students on its rolls for various post-graduate courses, and are always available in the hospital campus. The Doctors, who cleared their post graduation since 1985 are successfully practicing all over the country and even abroad.
