About Us

R D Gardi Medical College (RDGMC) is a private medical college established in the year 2001 at Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. It has been approved by MCI and is affiliated with Vikram University, Ujjain. The college offers MBBS at the Undergraduate level and MD and MS programs at the Postgraduate level. Admissions to the courses are purely based on national level entrance tests.
Ruxmaniben Deepchand Gardi Medical College is the first private medical college in Madhya Pradesh state of India. It is situated in Ujjain city. In 2001, RDGMC came in existence after a long waiting period of nearly forty years. The college is a unit of the Ujjain Charitable Trust Hospital, a 400 bedded multi speciality hospital situated in Ujjain City. RDGMC is associated with the CR Gardi Hospital, situated in the Medical College Campus where all the services are provided free. The Medical college was established in the year 2001.
About USP

Our college provides good clinical exposure. Many students from our college got selected in various government PG colleges. Many opportunities are available to learn a lot from the hospital. Hospital is good with good OPD. Many Road traffic accident cases come there, so we get a lot of experience to handle the serious situation without panicking and giving them proper treatment. Faculty: Faculty members are the best thing in our college. They are highly experienced to teach us. Even the demonstrators are very polite and helpful. MBBS is a 4.5 years course with one year of an internship programme. There are some rural services bonds. Mainly all faculty members have reputed doctors, and along with teaching they run their clinics or work in hospitals. Other: Mainly two functions are conducted at our college with great enthusiasm. One is Ganesh Chaturthi, and the other one is the annual fest.
